But there is a way out, by consciously becoming aware of our patterns. Patterns of thoughts, patterns of our behavior in certain situations and patterns of dealing with our fellow human beings.
In Mindfulness Coaching I would like to help you see that we all struggle from time to time. And that it is totally OK not to be OK. Having gone through a lot of hardships, dealing with severe illnesses and death as well as the implications that resulted from it, I know that we can easily get lost and our mind starts to spin endlessly. I have learned that becoming aware of this, voicing my thoughts and concerns and learning to do acts of kindness towards myself, are key to not only survive but to live a happy and balanced life. Even when the world around us is totally out of (our) control.

In a safe and sacred space you are learning to cultivate awareness in combination with gentle and therapeutic yoga movements as well as conscious breathwork. This will enable you to stay calm and focus on what really matters. Another important point are the conversations: Talking liberates and makes everything easier. It takes the weight off the problems if we can share it with someone. You alone decide when and how far you want to open up.
The sessions will either take place at Pura Vida, in your home or outside in the beauty of nature.
